From the first day we talked with Mike Reschke until the day we moved in, North Country was simply easy to work with. Mike was honest and trustworthy. When we asked for an estimated move-in date he told us by the end of February 2003. We moved in the last weekend of February. That made everything that much easier to plan along the way.

When things would come up along the way in the constuction, Mike would call us and ask us what we thought about an idea he had, or if we had something else in mind. He didn't just go with what was easy and fast. The lines of communication were open and we had a good working relationship with him and his crew. We never had to wonder where they were at, or if they were going to show up.
